About Us Our Mission
Dr. Osborn is the newest member of Tri-State Neuroscience Center located in Huntington, WV. He has a multi-faceted practice addressing both cranial and spinal pathology, Dr. Osborn specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus and is developing techniques which potentially could improve outcomes following shunt surgery.
